Rib Cook Off

Ribs!!

Come out Saturday September 19th and show off your rib skills. Reach out to the Canteen if you'd like to enter the competition. If you want to just come out and eat, there is a small fee to do that. See the flyer above.

Announcements

Monthly Post and Auxiliary Membership Meeting 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 7pm at the administration building for the Post, and the Bingo Hall for the Auxiliary. See calendar for schedule of events.

We are starting the new administrative year with our new leadership. Visit the 'about' and 'officers' page to see who we are. Next meeting September 15th, 2026.

September 19th is the Canteen's "Rib Cook Off". If you think you can cook, enter the contest and show everyone. Contact the Canteen directly at 575.437.9247 if you'd like to enter. See flyer below for more info.

Welcome to VFW Post 7686 Commander's Corner. Thank you to everyone that supports our organization. I enjoy seeing those that come out and attend Bingo and support the Canteen with their many events. We are still looking for more of our members to come out and help us make this organization even better. New members equal new ideas. I encourage members of both the Post and the Auxiliary to attend their respective monthly meetings and get involved in your organization. There's always something to do and some project that needs attention. The support from our members is crucial to the survival of the post. Reach out to me personally via email if you'd like to speak to me about how you can get involved. Looking forward this year and all the things we can accomplish together.
